Currently, Aunt Bett’s Ice Cream and our Sweet Potato Pies are available for local pickup only in Virginia Beach, VA. Because these items need to be kept frozen or refrigerated, we cannot ship them via standard mail at this time.

Auntie Bobbie’s Cookies are best enjoyed fresh! They can be kept at room temperature in their airtight packaging for up to 5-7 days.

• Pro Tip: Pop them in the microwave for 8-10 seconds to get that "fresh out of the oven" warmth and texture!

• Cookies: Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Thaw on the counter for 30 minutes before eating.

• Pies: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and foil before freezing.

• Cinnamon Rolls: These freeze beautifully. Thaw and reheat in the microwave or oven when you’re ready to indulge.

We occasionally offer special dietary batches at an upcharge, but our standard menu is baked with traditional flour, butter, and eggs. Please note that our kitchen processes wheat, nuts, eggs, and dairy, so we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment for those with severe allergies.

For large custom orders (weddings, dessert bars, corporate events), we recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your date. Please use our Consultation options to talk more about your desert needs for your event

For standard website orders, please allow about one week for baking and shipping time.

Where we ship: All Dem Sweets currently ships our Cookies and select non-perishable treats nationwide within the United States. (Note: due to their delicate nature, we do not ship Ice Cream and Pies time. These items are available for local pickup only.)

Processing Time Everything we bake is made to order to ensure freshness. Please allow 2-4 business days for us to bake and package your order before it is shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email once your label has been created.

Shipping Days To prevent your delicious treats from sitting over the weekend, we typically ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed late in the week may be held until the following Monday to ensure the freshest arrival.

Breakage & Carrier Delays We pack our cookies and cakes securely to prevent movement. However, once the package leaves our hands, we cannot control how the carrier handles it.

• A few broken cookies: We do not offer refunds for minor breakage (a cracked cookie still tastes delicious!).

• Lost or Destroyed Packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives severely crushed, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the box and contents so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. All Dem Sweets is not responsible for packages returned to us or delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. Reshipping will require a new shipping fee.
